British scientists have prepared a review in which they showed that the consumption of dietary fiber significantly reduces the risk of various cardiovascular diseases.
Experts have analyzed the data of fifteen studies under this topic, as a result of which it was found that the consumption of an additional 7 grams. Dietary fiber per day can reduce the risk of developing coronary diseases by 9%. An increase of only 7 grams per day of consumption of insoluble or cereal fibers can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases by 18% and 16%, respectively. Significantly reduces the occurrence of such diseases and the consumption of soluble, fruit or vegetable fibers.
According to scientists, dietary fiber can generally have a positive effect on human health.
